Terms of Service – Google Business Profile Review Reply Tool

By using this tool, you agree to the following terms.

1. Purpose
   This tool is an internal application operated by Metawala.com to manage and automatically respond to Google Business Profile reviews for listings we own or are authorized to manage on behalf of clients.
2. Authorization
   This tool only accesses a Google Business Profile listing after the listing’s owner or an authorized manager has explicitly granted permission through Google’s own sign-in and consent process.
3. Use of the service
   This tool is intended for our internal business use in managing Google Business Profile listings. It is not offered as a public product or service to third parties.
4. Automated replies
   This tool generates and posts replies to customer reviews automatically using AI-generated text based on the review’s content and rating. While we aim for accurate, appropriate, and relevant replies, automated text may occasionally not perfectly reflect the business’s intended response, and listing owners may request changes or disconnect the tool at any time.

6. Changes to these terms
   We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent changes.
