What this tool does
This tool connects to Google Business Profile accounts (with the account owner’s or manager’s permission) to:

Read new customer reviews left on a connected business listing
Generate a written reply to each review
Post that reply back to the same listing on Google Business Profile

What data we access
When a listing is connected, we request permission to access the business listing’s profile information, customer reviews (star rating, review text, reviewer name as shown publicly on Google, review date), and the ability to post replies to those reviews. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or any other Google service – only the minimum access needed to read reviews and post replies.

How we use this data
Review content is used only to generate a relevant, individual reply to that specific review. We do not use review or listing data for advertising, resale, or any purpose other than generating and posting replies. Review text and star rating are sent to our AI reply-generation service solely to draft a reply – no other account data is shared with that service.

How we store and protect data
Access credentials (OAuth tokens) are stored in encrypted form and are never stored as plain text. Only authorized administrators can view, connect, or disconnect a listing. All communication happens over secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS). We keep a log of replies posted for accountability, but do not retain more review data than necessary to operate the tool.

Your control over your data
A business owner or manager can revoke this tool’s access to their Google Business Profile listing at any time, either through their Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions), or by
